Order Cancellation
Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
- To cancel, please contact our support team or use your account dashboard.
- If payment was made online and order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed.
After Shipping
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
- We do not offer refunds once the product has been shipped.
No Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any products once the order is shipped.
- Refunds are NOT provided for change of mind, wrong selection, or similar reasons.
- Refunds are only possible if the order is cancelled before shipping (see above).
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are considered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Contact customer support for exchange requests with your order number and details.
Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear
- Products without original packaging and tags
- Hygiene products (if applicable)
