Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact our support team or use your account dashboard.
  • If payment was made online and order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed.

After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
  • We do not offer refunds once the product has been shipped.

No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for any products once the order is shipped.
  • Refunds are NOT provided for change of mind, wrong selection, or similar reasons.
  • Refunds are only possible if the order is cancelled before shipping (see above).

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are considered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Contact customer support for exchange requests with your order number and details.

Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear
  • Products without original packaging and tags
  • Hygiene products (if applicable)
